Red Sox home opener

Today is opening day at Fenway Park, so Teradyne sponsored an event to raise money for the Jimmy Fund.
They are showing the game on big screen TVs in the cafeteria and serving ballpark food--hot pretzels, popcorn, Cracker Jacks, peanuts in the shell.  They even had a guy tossing ice cream sandwiches to the crowd.  And there was a crowd; I'd estimate 200 to 300 people took a break to watch the first couple of innings.
The Red Sox didn't disappoint.  Josh Beckett pitched three up, three down in the first and second inning.  On offense, the Red Sox batted around the order in the first, scoring 4 runs.  In the second they scored three more, two on a homer by J.D. Drew.

Oh well, back to work.
